Gluten Free at Home:
Pasta is one of the trickiest foods to get right when it comes to going gluten-free—and doing it well is even harder. While most grocery stores carry a few gluten-free pasta options, I’ve found that many are just okay at best.
But the other weekend, I wandered into Andale Market in Andersonville and discovered a game-changer: La Fabbrica della Pasta. Naturally, I had to try it—and I’m so glad I did. From the texture to the flavor (and the impressive variety of noodle shapes!), this pasta was a solid 10 out of 10.
I haven’t been able to find this brand at most of my usual grocery spots, but good news—it’s available on Amazon. If you’re looking for a truly standout gluten-free pasta, I highly recommend giving this one a try!
